About Me

Named "Panaha" (Drum Goddess), Sue felt a connection to Mother’s rhythm as a child. She hasplayed the drums professionally for over 30 years, and has been teaching music since 1977.As the drummer for the band Burning Sage, Sue has shared billings with many talented artistsincluding Rusted Root, New Riders of the Purple Sage, Hot Tuna, Amy Ray (Indigo Girls),Gaelic Storm, and best selling author Wayne Dyer. She has performed with internationalartists Drum Play and Grammy nominee Peter Janson, and has presented hand drumming workshopsat magickal events throughout the country. Sue also created a hand drumming CD “PrimalRhythm 1” that has received national recognition.
