4 new jazzsongs presented here,Cantaloupe Island,Take Five,
Round Midnight and Worksong.
Besides the traditional jazz ensemble sound
i like using beats and electronic sounds. The Jungle track
Upa Upa presented here is composed with a more
or less typical traditional jazz structure using melody,improvisation
and interludes.
The term Jungle seems to be forgotten but for me it means a more
sophisticated way, compared to the more agressive,rockier sound of DnB,
of using medium tempo beats,leaving room for melody,chordchanges
and improvisation.
The Jungle material is quite a few years old but i intend to
work on new songs.
I recently produced Cry Me A River with singer
Angelique "L'Ango" Beauvence
on which i played the guitar also.
