Java Dawn (at the Portman, Greenroom - 01/05/08)

The support band for the gig (FITZPAIN) were just the thing to start things up. However when Java Dawn got on stage there were no words that could describe how conneceted they seemed to be to the audience. When the band got to 'The Folk Song' they had another person come to the stage to play acoustic, rythmn guitar, it was a good combination. Around half way they played a brand new song, which they stated was "a bit wierd", it was amazing and extremely unique. At the end of the gig Java Dawn were called back on for an encore but they had played all there songs, so they decided to play the first song they wrote 'On The Mend' which they decided not to use any more and although they hadn't played it in a while it was still just as good as their other songs.
