Hey everyone, my name is Troy Cowan i just recently moved back to my home town of Panama City, Florida. I moved here for rehabilitation of my body and straighten up my life. I was 6'4" 240 pounds of muscle untill the night i fell asleep at the wheel and wrapped my big truck around a tree and nearly broke every bone in my body. Although i lost all physcal strength i grew greatley mentally and spiritually and have high hopes to get back into the gym in the near future to regain my physical strength. I've came along way from that night and plan too continue my rehab untill im full recovered.
