Bruce Springsteen, even when he was going through that weird bola tie phase and not making records with the E Street Band. And even when he released those two different albums on the same day and neither of them were that good, but they still cost full price when he should have just combined the best songs into one album...or at least made it a reasonably priced double disc. And especially when he did that album of traditional folk stuff when he should have been doing a new album with the E Street band.
