About Me

'One of Newhams promising hopefuls for success in London 2012' - Newham Recorder. His parents may call him 'Michael Junior Kwame Emmanuel Boateng' lol bt he is more recognised as 'Big Boat' (dis is so sad lol,minor...read on). From the early years of his childhood, it was apparant that Michael had a natural talent in which he wasnt going to let go by. Michael established his raw talent and ablity in primary school as when he was in year 5 he was already recognised as the fastest in the whole school. He went unbeaten throughout years 5 and 6 in 100metres and had the primary school athletics competitions on lock...swear down.As the ever so young Michael, now entering year 7, he was more dan determined 2 excel in the gift which he believed he was born with. By the age of 15 Michael had grown maturely and physically, wiv a physique dat only 1 cud dream of (lol). He had come 2nd in 100metres at sports day for both year 8 and year 9, beaten by the likes of soloman and ak (really i knew i cud beat dem, dey only beat me by a little bit dem tyms). But the year 10 era was later to become history in the making. Michael's hard work and dedication, which had gone unoticed, paid off as he fuckin murrrkkked sports day bruvz and set a new st. bons sports day 100metre record time of 11.10 seconds (which sum boy has now beat, so now i hav 2 go back and claim my title). Michael went on to then be crowned the fastest under 17's boy in Newham for 100metres, as the english schools competition led Michael to breaking and setting a Newham record with a time of 10.97 sceonds.Michael is now a member of the Newham Sports Academy and is trainied and coached by former professional athletes Tony Jarret and Julian Golding (google dem if u aint got a clue). Since joining the scheme of talented athletes within the Newham and Essex vicinity, and with the experience and experitise delievred by his coaches, Michael has managed to achieve an 100metres pb of 10.86seconds (fanks guys lol). Now heading into his second year in the junior ranks, Michael is more than ever relishing the prospect of establishing himself as a force to be reckoned with, at such a young age. His powerful and explosive start coming out of the blocks has allowed him to qualify and compete in the national indoor fast track 60metre championships (oi, i'm fast u nah),where he will be competiting against the likes of Craig Pickering (who is the fastest white boy i've seen, swear down dis guy is a merkers and he is only 20).Many have crtitised Michael's ego towards athletics as they question his big ego and over confidence. However, an early interview with Michael today led to this statement ''look yeh i aint gonna lie, i got a big ego when it cums 2 athletics -why??...coz no1 has shown me wahgwan on the tracks YET init. obviously if or when i get blazed den i'll stop talkin lol. nah bt really doe i see my ego/cockyness as being positive as i'm always out 2 prove myself and show people wot i'm about, so i make sure dat i'm always on top of my game; pushing myself in trainin, keepin fit etc.''. From this statement we can only summise that great things are to come from this talented fine young ghanaian (holla at ur boi lol). Keep ur television sets tuned in because by gods grace its only a matter of time b4 big boat blowss big time. LOL i was bored boi
