Silent Service

Silent Service was born in Athens on July 7th 1977.From early childhood he had the luck to own an Atari 520 STFM experimenting music synthesis spending a lot of time trying to compose tunes. He studied the piano for nealry 2 years and owned a small 3 octave synthesizer.He was also attracted to playing the drums thus spending quite time in studios with various amateur school bands playing hard-rock mainly.In 1993 after buying his first pc he experimented tracker-style synthesis in dos mode until 1999 where he started working with various programs in windows environment.Since then he had created numerous of melodic tunes steming from different styles of music.He likes listening to electronic tunes but mainly he is a progressive rock fan attracted to bands from early 60's.Silent Service fisrt and only appearence is in Hellectronic 01 compilation with 2 ambient tracks "Equal" and the 2 minute emotional "Cloudless Sky".Music is without a doubt one of the best gifts human life can witness. Frequencies converted into emotions. Emotions improve the quality of life. Quality of life is everybody's goal. Or its not?
