Hello whoever is reading this & welcome to MySpace.
My name's Michael, My associated stage/producer name is JustInc. However I also tend to associate myself as Mike Gould, which is an abbreviation of my full name Michael Gouldbourne (pronounced gold born). Over the years many have taken the liberty of tweaking my name, so there are many alterations of JustInc such as; JustIn Credible, Justin C, Mr Incredible, Mr Inc and even, Just.
I have a strong passion for film & dance, but my strongest lies within music. I love synths & low bass frequencies, but most of all I love pianos, strings & guitars which you will probably notice in my most of my productions. I write my own music from scratch whether it’s based around synthetic sounds or live instruments such as, guitars, bass guitars, violins, trumpets or pianos, I tend to compose it all myself.
Like most in the music business, I started out by experimenting with synths, live instruments and computer technology, most of which started from an early age of 6 if not earlier! While most children at that age were just learning how to read & write, I was also learning how to play various instruments & learning how to compile riffs on basic computer programs such as Cakewalk, giving me a greater understanding and appreciation for music. As I matured, so did that of my skills, which became evident as I started composing full songs from scratch on programs such as Music 2000 on the PlayStation at the age of 11 for a few unknown reggae & garage artists.
By the age of 14 I had signed two record deals, to compose the single for a male R&B singer, and another to co-produce an album for another male vocalist. Both projects with the royalties involved earned me a reasonable amount of “pocket money†especially considering my age (",). With the endless amount of time I had in various studios, I was able to nurture my talents even future putting no end to what I could be capable of.
The following year, aged 15, I started working with various artists ranging from R&B, garage, reggae right down to opera singers, which is probably the reasons why I have such a broad horizon when it comes to music.
4 years later, age 19, I officially set up and registered my own entertainment company, entitled “Just Entertainment Ltd†which focuses mainly on media production in music, film & dance. (www.myspace.com/justentertainmentltd or www.justentertainmentltd.com)
