Luck Billz is a C.E.O/Artist under his own label (" Rackateerin Ent " ) hailing out of Mt.Vernon N.Y. His life is synonamous with music, primarily the genre of music known as Rap. In the mid 80s Luck Billz would make his own "mix tapes off of the radio on Friday and Saturday nights listening to "D.J Red Alert (98.7 Kiss) and "Mr. Magic (107.5 WBLS). Around this time the drug "Crack" became prevalent in Mt. Vernon and at a young age Luck Billz had been enticed by the drug trade. Subsequently, the drug game or life style came to a dead end that landed Luck Billz in Division Of Youth (D.F.Y) at an earlier age and then 2 seperate prison bids in the Department Of Corrections( D.O.C.S). While incarcerated on his last state bid Luck Billz took a correspondence college course and wrote approximately 8 albums during a 10 yr period and he also studied numerous Music Industry books and acquired a General Business degree. Upon his release from prison in 2003 he corporated his company "Rackateerin Entertainment" and released his first L.P "Stolen legacy" which established and re-affirmed his street credibility. Luck Billz also appeared on numerous mix C.Ds by heavy weight D.Js like "D.J Radio" "D.J Big Mike", "D.J Scoob Doo:, and "D.J K-Shaw. Luck Billz is definitely on his grind displaying his skills as a boss. On his own independent recording label "Rackateerin Entertainment" he released 2 L.Ps and 4 mix C.Ds with artists that are signed to his recording label.
