In August of 2006 Elder Ervin became the founder and CEO of Rhema Word Ministries, which is his personal teaching and outreach ministry. Through this ministry he has had the opportunity to start up many home based Bible studies throughout the Metro Detroit area. It is because of these home based Bible studies that he has come into contact with many men, women, and children that would not normally enter the doors of any church. His preaching and teaching focus is to breakdown the Word of God in such a simple way so that everyone that hears him (saved and unsaved) is able to get a true understanding of the Rhema that God is speaking. His God ordained assignment is to minister to the whole man; spirit, soul, and body, with emphasis on BUILDING A STRONGER PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH JESUS.Elder Ervin currently is also working with Bishop Michael Carter in the launching of Kingdom Covenant International Fellowship.In December of 2001 he married Lady Crystal Ervin, who assists him in all of his ministry endeavors.
