Anne Weerapass has been singing, dancing and prancing around on stage, from the young tender age of 5, performing regularly in Primary and Secondary school events. Professionally, she started when she was 18, as a solo artiste, as well as a vocalist for various pop bands in Singapore.Anne performs regularly at various jazz bars and clubs internationally and locally, presently performing at Jazz@Southbridge in Singapore. Anne has also performed at The Fullerton, The Raffles Hotel, The Regent Hotel, Equinox at The Swisshotel, The Bamboo Bar in The Oriental Hotel, Bangkok. Anne has also brought her performance to the big concert stage at the Fort Canning Park for the American Women's Association and The Heineken Jazz Festival with her acid jazz band, “K'ASS†as well at the World Gourmet Summit 2007.More recently, her greatest success lies in recording her debut Jazz album “OUT OF NOWHERE†with Jeremy Monteiro and friends in Los Angeles, USA in 2004. The album features beautiful bossas and ballads and is available in all CD stores in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia. You can also find her sultry sounds on CDBaby.com as well as Soundbuzz.com. “OUT OF NOWHERE†was also on the playlist of the New York radio station, North Country Public Radio, USA.Anne has been on radio interviews in Singapore with LUSH 99.5FM, NEWS RADIO 93.8FM as well as in Jakarta and USA. She has also performed live in Jakarta at their well-reknowed jazz club ‘Jamz'. During the inaugural opening night of Singapore's Mosaic Music Festival 2005, Anne's great vocals was taken to centre stage at Singapore's Esplanade Theatre, alongside internationally acclaimed Jazz saxophonist - James Moody with the Jeremy Monteiro Trio.
