I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

SOME BIG NEWS......After 10 years at Keep Australia Beautiful I am moving to a new organisation and job. I will be the CEO of a new community organisation educating Australia on graffiti. The official launch will take place soon and I'm sure many of you will get sick of me being quoted in the media over the next few years.

Who am I? Scott. A person who stands up for what I believe in and will do what ever it takes legally to protect and support my friends, no matter what.
I live, eat and breathe Melbourne Storm Rugby League Team, Manchester United Football team, any English National teams, the Barmy Army and anything from the mother country.
While I was born in Australia (that wasn't my fault) I consider that my heart and every bone in my body is English
As the song says
England till I die, England till I die, I know I am, I'm sure I am, I'm England till I die.
I've been involved with the Melbourne Storm since day one organising the away travel for the supporters, introducing the Run Through Banners in 1999 and 'THAT' cowbell at games back in 2001. (Yes it has been around that long)
I was one of only a few Storm supporters who flew up to watch the team in their very first game against Illawarra on a very wet dark night.I sit mostly in the Eastern Stand and can been seen with 'WE ALL LOVE A CRONK', 'WHAT A CRONK' or the one banner that has been around since 1998....'SUPER SONIC GEYER'I'm a keen conservationist who believes that there needs to be a balance between environment and economics. I'm an advocate against graffiting and littering and supporting those in the community that get of their arse to not only help themselves but others.
I do travel a bit and keen to expand my overseas friend network
I've a very dry sense of humour and any opportunity to do some friendly shit stirring I'll take it.
I also own a videography business called DOT Productions which can be found by going to www.dotproductions.com.au
I am very opinionated and some find that I don't sway on how I feel or what I say, but, I also very quick to stick my hand up and say I was wrong if I am. I'm loyal to my friends no matter what and will do what ever needs to be done legally to protect them.
This is so on the money about me

I'd like to meet:

Interested in meeting people with like interests, people who can be upfront, honest and willing to enjoy life.
Feel free to click on the Graveyard Banner above to join other Melbourne Storm supporters chat about our great club.
I do travel throughout the USA and will be travelling more around the world in the future.

Music:

Into Jazz, gospel, rock and anything that takes my fancy.
Big fan of Vika & Linda Bull and Tina Arena to name a couple. Suggest people have a look in my friends list to see the artists I really enjoy because it is very mixed.

Movies:

Anything covering politics, comedy, and thought provoking.....if I'm bored in the first 15 minutes expect me to leave the cinema. Not interested in lefty 'so called' documentaries that are edited to put only one spin on things. Just provide all the facts and let me decide on what I think of the topic.....I'm no puppet.

Television:

Anything on Rugby League, politics, News services, documentaries and most sports. A fan of EastEnders, The Bill, Boston Legal and a few others.

Books:

Don't read a great deal....sorry, speak to my brother the bloke reads over 250 books a year....how sad.

Heroes:

Hero and Idol and champion are three words that I don't use lightly and believe that they get used today too quickly.Without doubt my Grandmother (Dorothy Hilditch) has been my biggest hero (may she rest in peace).
I do admire people that have a back bone and stand up for what they believe in. There is something to be said about a person that goes out of their way for those they call friends and have close to them.
Big believer that not enough people are prepared to get involved to help others out when in trouble and that is a major blight in todays world.
