for those of you not up to speed here is my brief life summary. i left my position as chef of seablue a few months ago to travel. i spent time in paris and Cancale, France eating at the few two and three star restaurants that are open during the summer months and was a stagiere for a few weeks at helene darroze. I learned alot from my trip but most definately cut it short because my heart hurt worse every day missing the love of my life rachelle. I am now back in vegas three weeks early enjoying my time off for the next four weeks, cooking for my girlfriend, and enjoying my family and friends. in october i resume work as the corporate executive chef for KOR hotel group. look them up at korhotelgroup.com. I will travel for them (based out of vegas) for approximately 9 months and then will be relocated to miami florida (with rachelle)where i will be the chef of their newest and most prestigious venture to date, Viceroy Icon Brickell (can be found on same website). wish me luck friends! i will be missing my buds so please write often.
