My Interests

health and nutrition, yoga, photography, painting, experimental gourmet cooking, wine, high heels...

I'd like to meet:

genuinely good people that are accepting of where i have been and where i am going.

Music:

music...i like a little of everything and as much as i don't want to admit it, jersey has gotten me listening to country a bit. don't get me wrong, i won't be making any cd purchases of the stuff, but at least i don't groan when i hear the twang of the radio now. i'm just broadening my horizons is all.

Movies:

movies are for people who are disciplined enough to sit for two hours at a time. i'm not (unless it is an exceptional movie)

Television:

i don't even remember the last time i had enough time to sit and watch t.v.

Books:

i am a huge fan of c.s. lewis non fiction. he brings great perspective to the Christian walk. i also LOVE to read about health and nutrition and evaluate people's food while they are eating - okay, not really, but i am thinking about it while they are eating. fyi: broccoli is the best preventitive food for most major chronic health issues that americans suffer. and garlic. just eat garlic all the time :)

Heroes:

adin my million dollar baby; my mom who is a missionary to India; my dad who is a chaplain for hospice care; katie and mikey for being such outstanding siblings and phenomenal musicians :)
