James Bellamy & TC

James Bellamy leads a talented group of singers and musicians as they minister to the Lord in worship, and to the world in song. Together they blend powerfully creating a smooth, rich, and vibrant sound. The letters TC stands for “Triumphant in Christ,” taken from Biblical scripture II Corinthians 2:14, “Now thanks be unto God, who always causes us to Triumphant in Christ.” Originally formed in 1991, T.C. consisted of members from upstate New York and Philadelphia, PA.Elder Bellamy and T.C. has appeared on programs such as; “The Annual College Fest of the Northeast,” “The Discover Jazz Festival,” “The Black Arts and Cultural Festival,” and “The Governor’s Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Black History Month. The group has also shared the stage with recording artists and gospel greats such as; BeBe and CeCe Winans, LaShun Pace, the late Rev. James Moore, Michelle White and the Westchester Mass Choir. After relocating to North Carolina, the group was reformed with singers from the North Carolina area and has appeared on Bobby Jones Gospel, Shirley Caesars’’ Conference, Luther Barnes Song Ministries’ North Carolina Fall Gospel Classic, TBN affiliate television stations, as well as local televised broadcasting stations.T.C. members are noted for their personal and professional diversity. Their gifts, talents, and training range from classical pianist to psychology. Their musical influences include artists such as Marvin Winans, Donnie McClurkin, Daryl Coley, the late Mattie Moss Clark, the Clark Sisters, and Fred Hammond. Each individual exudes talent, anointing, and intelligence.Elder James Bellamy and T.C. released their freshman project, “Let Your Spirit Fill This Place” in 1998 with Masterpiece Christian Records. Their sophomore project, “all for HIM” released in July of 2002 includes traditional classics such as “Tis So Sweet” with Luther Barnes, and up tempo rhythms such as the swiftly-moving declarations, “That’s The Kind of God We Serve” and “Be Glorified Now.” The group’s heart for worship is beautifully presented with invocations such as “Before Your Throne,” “Worthy You Are,” and the chant, “Angels Cry Holy.” Their junior project, “Triumphant LIVE” released in July of 2007 brings the listener to a deeper place of worship and celebration.The ministry of James Bellamy and TC strives to set a standard for Christianity within the music industry, and perseverance in lifting up and promoting God’s Word through music, while simultaneously encouraging triumphant living through worshipping God. music layout @ HOT FreeLayouts.com
