Hey my name is Michelle Nicole Long and I am 17 years old. Im a cheerleader and REALLY big into gymnastics. I like to workout and play sports, I also like cars a whole lot. Mustangs rock! My Interests

Gymnastics, fitness, cars, music, movies, scary books and modeling. Oh... and guys that play Football, basketball, or baseball. (Soccer guys are wimps) LOL.....
