About Me

I'm a poet and minister in Phenix City, AL. My full-time job is working as Assistant Pastor at Epworth United Methodist Church. I teach Bible studies and do tons of administrative and planning work around the church. Sometimes I fill in for our senior pastor and give the sermon.

My Interests

My interests include the following: the Bible, Contemporary American Poetry, Jane Kenyon, Frank O'Hara, Mark Strand, superhero comic books (particularly Spider Man), Star Trek, Doctor Who, Marillion, Charles De Lint, and detective fiction.

I'd like to meet:

Anyone with questions about faith in Christ. Anyone who loves the band Marillion or Spider Man comic books. Anyone who with a passion for the craft of making literary poems. Anyone who appreciates the crime fiction master Michael Connelly.
