About Me

So - how does this work? Am I supposed to give a resume or something? As Cartman would say: "so very, very lame!"!

Whatever - I give in. Some pretty basic info... I'm an attorney in the Houston area, graduated from SMU undergrad in '99 and got a law degree from SMU in '02. GO MUSTANGS!!! Anyways, I've been back in Houston for almost 5 years now after being in Dallas for 8 years (I grew up in the Sugar Land area). Wow - time flies.

Hmmm, what else... Oh, I am now a co-creator and co-author of a Houston Rockets-based sports blog - The Dream Shake - check it out!

In the meantime, I will add that my AIM is "grungedave"; YIM: "grunge_dave" --- feel free to IM!

SMU does it right!

After 70 days with no head coach (or nothing but a lame duck coach on his way to 1-11), SMU has finally hired a football coach.  And he's a good one.  June Jones will bring his run-and-shoot...
