Yes, that's right--preview show with advance CD at the door! Suzanne Vallie used to crunch chains on an oil drum with Mike Gunther and His Restless Souls. Her voice is old-soul, her singing lovely and quietly profane kept rolling to the strum of her baritone ukelele--she is captivating. Spaghetti Western String Co is an amazingly talented crew of gents sporting some combination of banjo, mandolin, guitar, cello, clarinet, bass, piano, and sometimes vocal arrangements--prepare for a classy experience. Dessa--who knows what she'll do next! She's got hefty aptitude in the writing corner, so perhaps some spoken word or some rappin--I hope she'll bring some of her sing-song preparations for the evening as well! I am very excited to bring my acoustic set into the light of night at the 7th St Entry in the company of all these fine musicians! My full-length album will be available in stores June 27th.
