I try not to define my tastes to one genre. This list is not nearly complete by any means. I have a wide range if influences: Old School Punk is where my heart is, Horror punk, some Metal, a touch of Ska, Some Indie/ Garage rock, blues or anything that I deem "good music"... The old Misfits, Danzig, Samhain, Dead Kennedys, old Dropkick Murphys, The White Stripes, Black Flag, Motorhead, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, AC/DC, Chuck Berry, Johhny Cash (had his autograph but lost it), Murder City Devils, DOA, Ramones, Minor Threat, Type O Negative, Electric Six, Old Metallica, Rammstein, Henry Rollins, VooDoo Glow Skulls, The Business, Rancid, Operation Ivy, Body Count, Richard Cheese and Lounge Against the Machine.

Movies:

Dead Alive, Boondock Saints, Lord of the Rings, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, Falling Down, Kingdom of Heaven, all sorts of Zombie movies, Napoleon Dynamite (yeah call me a trend whore), The Goonies because "Goonies never say die", Kentucky Fried Movie, Big Lebowski, Chris Farley Movies, Dusk Til Dawn, Man on Fire, Gremlins, Wedding Singer, Colors, Evil Dead 1&2, Army of Darkness, The Frighteners, Rat Race, The Warriors, Six String Samurai, Underworld, Plunkett & McClain, Count of Monte Cristo, A Christmas Story, Kung Pow: Enter the Fist, Brotherhood of the Wolf, Wayne's World. blah blah blah...

Television:

My new favorite is Heroes. Family Guy, the Band of Brothers series, Mythbusters, alot of stuff on the History channel. TechTV/ G4. Conan O'Brien (fan since show number 1). Occasionally Red Wings hockey. Miami Ink, Build or Bust. Various sketch comedy: Kids in the Hall, SNL, Mr. Show, Wondershowzen etc... Old reruns of the Twilight Zone on the Sci-Fi channel. Mystery Science Theatre 3000.

Books:

Classic Sci-Fi like Bradbury, Wells, Huxley, LeGuin, etc...Art of War by Sun Tzu, Chivalry by Maurice Keen, Under the Black Flag, Culture of Fear by Barry Glassner, Legend by David Gemmell (RIP), other various sci-fi and fantasy, history related stuff (especially ancient/medieval/renaissance history). Niccolo Machiavelli, Dante Alighieri, etc...

Heroes:

Myself, my grandma, my donor and their family, my parents and my doctors for saving my life...and the little girl in the bumble bee costume in that Blind Melon video.
