Let the beauty of what you love be what you do - Rumi

About Me

Free spirit. Dreamer. Interested in anything where I can explore the creativity within myself - especially DANCE. Blessed with amazing friends and family. Passionate about what I do. Friendly and genuinely loving, caring soul. Meditate daily. Loooove yoga. Can't live without the sun. Curious soul - there's always more to learn and explore. Prefer to eat organic and vegetarian, but always say yes to gourmet food and wine. Say EXACTLY what's on my mind (sometimes to a fault). Rockera. Salsera. Outdoorsy (Northwest girl at heart). Love makeup, great earrings, and heels. Comfortable in my own skin. On my fourth career, but it's like I never gave any of them up. Am at peace with the fact that I am supposed to juggle 22 things at once, and still find peace and tranquility.

My Interests

Dancing (salsa, hip hop, afro-cuban, ballet, modern, the list goes on), wine tasting, good food, travel, photography, concerts, music, arts, soccer, running, working out, outdoors (camping, hiking, skiing, trail running, etc.), indy and foreign films, yoga, meditation, spirituality.

I'd like to meet:

People who live life with abandon. People who love without boundaries, conditions, attachment or expectations. People who understand the concept of oneness and treat others accordingly. People who live and are openness.

Music:

Everything Rock en Espanol, hip hop, old school, salsa, latin jazz, rock, 80's, alternative, etc, etc, etc. Of course, LIVE music is better than anything else - especially when there is good energy in the room to go along with it.

Movies:

Indy films, foreign stuff, and a little Adam Sandler to round it out :)

Television:

Huh? Oh, I have one, but it's not hooked up.

Books:

Anything that increases my awareness of myself or the universe around me, that offers enlightenment, knowledege, or healing. To feel like I'm really learning I need to be reading four or five at once, but so be it.

Heroes:

My beautiful, strong mother, who raised my brothers and sister and I all alone. She is the one who taught me the importance of living as you choose for yourself and pursuing your dreams based on what's right for you and no one else. People who have achieved enlightenment but will never let you know.
