Jason Lent grew up in Hawaii and moved out to LA about 8 months ago. Back in Hawaii Jason was an accomplished artsist,musician and producer working with everyone from Nsync to Destinys child. If they were in the islands they either performed or worked with him. Jason also headlined a Show in Waikiki with four of his friends for about two years, the group was called Disguyz, the show was a hit.
Jason's most recognized accomplishment came on September 11th 2001. That night, Jason along with his song writing partner were in a studio session and couldnt really concentrate on music. They ended up writing and recording a song for september 11th entitled "Our Nation in Song" and by 6am on September 12th 2001 the song spread across the country playing in every state and on almost every single radio station in America, even reaching Japan. Oprah and The Wallstreet Journal were just two that got involved with the project and were touched by this recording. On top of that, all proceeds were donated to charity.
Now, Jason has discovered a genre of music through HOUSE DJ and multi-talented producer Justin Michael of Hermosa Recordings. Jason made his debut performance during the WMC 2006 in Miami Beach. Jason is on his way to becoming a huge international House Vocalist. His new single will be dropping this summer entitled "You Don't Have To" written by himself and Justin Michael with remixes by international artist MoD and Richard Earnshaw.
