I started playing the bass when i was 7 years old(old moldy warped neck Hoffner Bass). My grandma bought me a 6 string acoustic guitar that christmas. But i loved bass way more than some Toy's R' Us guitar
I first saw TWC my junior year of high school. I was amazed at thier stage performance, and musical talent. At the time i was trying to get my band (played guitar in this band) on it's feet so after almost two years of being in that band things came to a sudden hault. I didn't like the direction of the band, the music, and wasn't having fun doing what i wanted to do for the rest of my life.
So i stopped playing music for almost 6 months. (this point out of school) I was sitting around one day thinking man i really hate having a actual "job". I was installing furnaces and air conditioners. I liked it at first but it slowly went down the drain as i got further into the career. I did that for exactly two years(end of junior year through senior year and another year outta school). I saw that Justin had "left" the band and they needed a bassist. I had all my own bass stuff and decided to message Jamie about the spot. I met with them @ waffle house at about midnight one night(this is where i get made fun of). I was interviewed and we sat and talked. I was also made fun of because i had ORANGE Tony Stewart house shoes on, which Jamie calls Basketball shoes..... Anywho i audtioned and made it! soooo here i am the bassist of The Winners Circle.
