With the implementation of proper training and internal education of it's employees the adult entertainment industry will assume its rightful place among legitimate enterprise. This requires a sincere desire to help others.
Presently, there are way too many people who do not belong in the adult industry which is creating bottlenecking and confusion. No other industry suffers from such a lack of structure and coordiation except third world countries.
Who's to decide who does and who deos not belong in the adult industry? The talent and the production companies working in concert with one another. Together they are a production TEAM. Not yet realized, herein lies the biggest problem.
