Formed by the mystifying bond of friendship that exists between Lead Singer/Guitarist Martin Nguyen and Lead Guitarist Luke Bozzetto, "Page" began as a musical project between two best mates in high-school. Having possessed the typical teenage angst ridden mind-frame that exists within the youngsters of modern society, Luke and Martin treaded on muddy waters in a band called Emodium.
After disbanding Emodium and not knowing where to head, the pair found themselves content in the world of stoner and post 60's rock and roll. With the likes of musical geniuses such as Jimi Hendrix, Paul Kossoff, Roger Waters, the two only found it fitting to name their band as a patronage to their hero Jimmy Page, lead guitarist of Led Zeppelin. After a winding search for members, Page was finally a four-piece with high school mates Connor Mackay on Bass and Matt Lyle on Drums to complete the line-up.
Being extremely eager to tackle the local scene, Page gathered a couple of original songs and entered the Hard Rock Cafe Future Rock Competition. After battling nearly Five Hundred Bands across Australia, Page came out the Second Best Teenage Unsigned Band in Australia, surprising both themselves and judges from major record industries. Having just turned 18 and legally allowed to perform, Page's musical career soon elevated, giving them opportunities to headline prestigious Sydney venues such as the Annandale Hotel, The Excelsior Hotel, The Bondi Pavilion, and The Cat and Fiddle.
The band also have a five track demo that has been played on radio stations such as FBI 94.5, giving them a well known recognition in the Sydney Metropolitan Area. Page still continues to develop their sound into a unique blend of stoner rock and blues with a post-modern sound. The band is looking for a serious career in the music industry and will strive to make their passion become reality.

"With an average age of 19, Page blew the crowd away with their Led Zeppelin/blues inspired tunes, one of which went for a good 10 minutes. But damn it, I was impressed; for a band so young, they sure know how to create music with the spirit of veteran blues artists singing about a life of too much drugs, sex and rock 'n' roll".
