I am an upright bass player from the northern part of Norway, currently studying at the Tromsø University College. I started playing the upright in the fall of 2004. At the age of seven or eight, I said "I want to play the double bass!", so I started playing the cello. I did that for about five years, before leaving all musical instruments behind for a while. I studied classical guitar for two years at high school, before returning to my childhood dream, the giant of strings.
Nowadays I just want to play all the time – whatever feels good – emphasizing developement in musical understanding, musical interaction and technique.
