About Me

Yo. I now live in Naples, FL after spending the past couple years in rural Nebraska... and I must admit, I love it here. Beautiful white sandy beaches, along with yummy fresh food... Those two things make me very happy. I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, went to San Diego for college, lived in New York City for a short time, backpacked around Europe, moved to Nebraska for my job, and now I'm here. Anyways, I consider myself a pretty laid back character, but that doesn't mean I don't know what I want in life. Just talk to me, and you'll see I have a pretty good head on my shoulders, well, most of the time. I love exploring new restaurants with friends and really enjoy eating good food including sushi and mexican food, but probably not together. I grew up around a pool and swam competitively all my life and still enjoy doing that, and I'm so glad to be back swimming in outdoor pools under the warm sun. Did I mention I love the beach? :-)

My Interests

Meeting new people, hangin' out with my friends, swimming, water polo, travelling, going to concerts, writing and languages

Music:

I know it's cliche, but pretty much anything but country... a true ska and rock fan at heart... Fav bands include Sublime, No Doubt, Beastie Boys, Reel Big Fish, Coldplay, Bon Jovi, Steve Miller Band, and a lot of random 80's stuff

Movies:

Airplane!, Spiderman, Batman (ya, I wish I was a superhero).. Comedies are my favorite, but also love action movies and thrillers too

Television:

Will & Grace, The Real World, all of those lame, yet addicting Real World challenge shows, Dateline NBC, Law & Order, American Idol (I know, I just got into it last season though), Roseanne... and A LOT, ok, ALL of the lame VH1 reality shows too.

Books:

All books by Roald Dahl are pure comedy and classic... he's my all-time favorite author

Heroes:

My mom, dad and sister... so many of my friends.. several mentors I've been fortunate enough to have in the crazy business I work in
