Geez, I hate doing these things.
One thing the internet has taught me: Thanks to our square-shaped friend Al Gore, millions upon millions of people all have this magnificent device which they can use to communicate their ideas far and wide over the whole vast earth. And this is a beautiful thing. Unfortunately, it's also taught me that millions of people all trying to be witty produces very little wit.
Hi -- I'm Shivar, and I'm not witty.
I like to think that I'm a fairly fantastic ebm / industrial / electronic / whatever DJ when I get the proper amount of liquor & angry in me (hey, I've been DJing about weekly continuously since 1999; must be doing something right), but I'm not funny. Not witty, not ironic, not "on" 24-7. And I'm not going to clog the interwebs with another sad attempt.*
Sorry.
I have other fine qualities in addition to being a fantastic, passionate, and versatile dj. Like, I make an excellent cheesecake. So there's always that.
* oh sure, one could argue that this is ALSO an equally sad attempt at wit, but then we'd get into an Irony Spiral. And no one wants that. Just let it go.

In addition to the two current club residencies above, I've also DJed at events such as Convergence 11 (San Diego), Convergence 12 (New Orleans), Infest 2006 (Bradford, UK), Cryofest (London, UK), Bloodfeast I, II, & III (Boston), and a bunch of other places I'm probably forgetting right now.

Relatively recent (say the last three years or so) guest appearances at Plague (Portland, Maine), The Whirling Dervish (New Orleans), Club Hell (Providence, RI), Haven (Northampton, Mass), Dark Intentions (Lowell, Mass), etc.

Previous residencies include: Empire (New Orleans), Fallout (New Orleans), Slut @ the Shim Sham Club (New Orleans), Xmortis @ Manray, Mekanism @ Manray, and Crypt @ Manray (all Boston).
