I buzz on good music, good movies, good books, good socialising and the things that keep us interested in life and make it worthwhile. I've been into the Mod thing since the summer of 1980. Most Mods I know are smart people with good hearts and good minds - and good wardrobes! I like nothing better than to get out and get out of it in the company of like-minded friends. I have a quieter side too, and when I'm at home I like to read and play good sounds. I've written my own stuff - not songs - stuff like articles and short stories and I've published a fair bit of stuff. My story "Eyes Like Marty Feldman" won the Sunday Tribune/Hennessy New Irish Writing Award. Some of my other stories have won prizes too and been published in book form.
