Johnny plays guitar for the Terry Hanck Band which it takes him on the road for about five months of the year. When he's home in the San Francisco Bay Area in Northern California, he runs the Blues Jam with the Pleasure Kings (Mike Phillips and Dennis Dove) at Murphy's Law in Sunnyvale every Monday night. Every other Sunday he is at another Blues Jam again with the Pleasure Kings at the Fog Bank in Capitola. You'll see Johnny entertaining the masses with the likes of Andy Santana and the WestCoast Playboys, Nitecreepers, Swingshift, RJ Mischo, John Nemeth, Chris "Kid" Andersen, Kedar Roy, June Core, Marcus Carino, and Steve Freund just to name a few. When he's not playing music you will most likely find him at another blues gig supporting his fellow musicians or doctoring a guitar at the Guitar Hospital in Los Gatos.
