THIS IS A FAN PAGE. Hi i'm Julz and I started this page for all the fans and people who love the music of one of Swedens best Kick Ass Sleaze bands. This is not a page to do any kind of self promotion. It is for everyone who wants to show Leaded Fuel sum luv and respect!! Thanks for understanding. Any messages or comments that I receive and are for Leaded Fuel I will make sure that they do get them.BIOGRAPHY:LEADED FUEL was formed after Liz Lascivious and Iron Kongos old band broke up in spring 2006. They decided to
continue playing together but start up a really raw and nasty sleaze rock band with the greatest looks around.
During the summer Liz was meeting John Priest, hanging out at the same rock bars all the time. They knew each
other a little after having a common female, well... friend. Priest played (and still plays) guitar in Salvation
Star Brigade but thought this new project sounded interesting since he had a chance to try of the material he had
wrote on his own. Liz knew a young, extremly talented guitar slinger named Ollie Rickforce, also from hanging out
in the same clubs, actually Crazy Nights in Stockholm City to be more exact. He got convinced of being the lead
guitar hero and all they needed now was a bass player. Nobody knew anyone with those skills who had the right
spirit, musical tase and looks so Liz asked his friends in Foxey after one of their gigs. They recommended a guy
named Andy Jones that no one of the other guys knew but after being told who he was Liz approched him at Crazy
Nights and asked him to try out. Rehearsals then started in the middle of October. In the beginning it was hard
to get everybodys schedules to synchronize but when the year ended they had already wrote the three killer tunes
that became the first demo! Eager to show the world their magic, they booked some time at Studio Music Solutions
in Enskede, a close southern suburb of Stockholm. So they had two sessions there with technichan Christoffer
Wetterström in the middle of february and then in the middle of March. Then they managed to get Martin Sweet from
Crashdiet to master it. The result spoke for itself and the success on Myspace was immediate... A first live gig
was made at 24th March to celebrate the release but then before the first serious gig at prime sleaze club Riot
Act at the famous hard rock Pub Anchor Ollie decided to call it a quit. He was occupied with two other bands at
the time and made the decision that Leaded Fuel was the one that suited his musical taste the least. A new guitar
player had to be found very quickly and Kongo got to think of a dude named Charlie Snarl who had played some bass
with him and Liz some year ago. He was happy to accept and learned the songs very fast. The Anchor gig and
various gigs during the summer went on pretty well but Charlie turned out to not be the perfect match for the job
and this in a band that's struggling towards perfection. John Priests friend Dallas Chrome happened to need a new
band after it got obvious that Starlet Suicide wasn't going to continue so he got the chance to audition for the
band who were very impressed by his style. He definitely was the cool cat they really looked for and with this
improved line-up the boys are heading for a lots of new concerts in the fall of 2007... Liz
