About Me

OK everyone. I was getting sick of that generic introduction to myself that was on here previously. It's so funny. This is my myspace, so why would I put a bio on here, and act like it was lifted from some review, as if I am trying to go somewhere, when we all know that I am perfectly content right here in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and that I had a hand in writing the very bio I was trying to act like I had nothing to do with. So I'm done with it! But a huge thanks to Travis for working so hard on it. Yes folks, my good friend Travis Smith wrote most of it, I edited it, and he did a great job, but it has to go, it feels untruthful to me. The truth is, I have no plans for a tour. I don't have any plans to "make it". I'm not sure if I "made it", I would know where to put it, or how high to hang it. The music crumbles when you get too far ahead of yourself, and it stops being real. I thought for a while, that success would define me, or recognition would fix me. That my worth would be proven if I proved it to you, through music. Today, I am only interested in writing my own truth, my own experience. I hope that it resonates with some of you. If you want to know more about my music, just ask. I am greatful that you stopped by...and I have "made it", by the way, and you have too! Thanks for listening!
