Matthew

Yo. My name's Matt. I sign my letters, bulletin posts, and what-nots as Matt L. I go to the University of New Orleans, and I'm currently an Accounting Major, but I'm thinking about picking up a Minor or Dual Major in Finance. That Economics class is pretty interesting. Born in New Orleans. Grew up in Metairie and Kenner. Live in Kenner. I've traveled to a handful of states in the US, Canada, Mexico, Philippines, France, and Spain. I'm going to Innsbruck, Austria this summer which includes a trip to Munich, Germany and Venice, Italy. All made possible by UNO's international programs....and college money freed up by my scholarship. Obviously, I love traveling. I plan to go somewhere else for the next 4 summers. Costa Rica, someplace in Europe again, Japan hopefully. I'm currently satisfied with UNO's academic routine and demands, but I really need a scenery change as I have certain gripes against New Orleans' legal and justice systems. This semester, college and work obliterated my social life. I can count my friends with one hand and still have fingers left over. Which is cool b/c I expected those friends to still be friends. I'm thinking about moving to another college soon, or finish up at UNO and then go to graduate school out of state/country. I play too many video games, and not enough working out. I don't drink or smoke - usually. I have taste tested: I don't like beer - cheap or expensive. It's all bad to me. Marijuana isn't something I plan on doing again anytime in the near future. Good wine is damn good. That Chateau Neuf de Pape is great with a Filet Mignon or just friends. I still have a bottle of Chateau Margeaux saved for a special occasion - or a really bad night. This is a really long "About Me" so I think I'm a spill my thoughts over to the next box - which is the "I'd Like to Meet" section. (Currently listening to Wyclef Jean's MySpace music section)
