The National Mistrust

Namaste from the disciples of El Slug Diablo! The National Mistrust formed because life lead us to a point where there really was no other option.Duke Voodoo and Solomon Smith were fated to have their musical futures intertwine; Solomon Smith had shown the Duke a different way of being, one which could reach the higher octave, and the Duke gave Solomon an outlet for the music which was forming in Solomon's heart & mind, fingers & toes, but which needed to be shared and developed with a kindread-spirit. They set to performing their songs in public straight away and enlisted a rhythm section, which while being steady on stage left us to pursue other roads. Undettered or offended The Duke & Mr Smith forged on & have a new rhythm section now; these were the precarious beginnings of the band you are hopefully listening to now. Also joining the band occasionally is Arnold On Egg, egg-shaker and Aardvark-rearer, and Doomsday Roberts, who will hopefully be along soon to add Bazouki and Mandolin to proceedings.------------------------------------------------ -------------------------------------------
