I am cocktail of sorts that taste pretty sweet and tasty, with some sweetness, wisdom added in, with some very dry sense of humor and laughter, with a twist of insecurity and an extra shot of mischief for good measure that will either leave you so hung over or worse having another round…

My Interests



"Blessed are the forgetful, for they get the better even of their blunders...." Check out my poetry.... Laly's Poetry... Poetry... I have written some here on my blogs, but don't read too much into them...I get inspired by the people around me and what they might be going through...I love nature, trees anything to do with the stars....Rock climbing, belly dancing, beer, star wars.. pretty much what any woman my age would like...

Actually, I don't know who I would like to meet. I thought this cartoon was pretty funny...I thought I knew what I wanted, then some how something happens and that totally messes up every idea you ever had of what you thought you deserved and your left realizing "I could do better..."

Music:

Everything from Dido to Brandi Carlise, to Republica, Gwen and Fergie... It all depends how, when and where I want to go..SURPRISE ME....

Television:

Right now.. I love "Rescue Me" on FX and watching stuff like "House" .. what can I say I like my men bitter. Also, Family Guy and Simpsons.. don't call my house at 7:30 pm. Grey's Anatomy and whatever seems to be on...

Books:

Oh.. Como Agua Para Chocolate.. don't ask how many times I have read it!!!! I am on 3rd Spanish copy...Actually if I am online I will read the Huffington Post, LA times, NY Times and maybe CNN.. hmm dunno still poundering the last one.

Heroes:

My grandmother, my family, Wonder Women, my mother, the people who pick strawberries in the fields, my fourth grade teacher Ms. Tereschavich, the wonderful artist Carla Hayes, the Witches of Fickle Hill, Morgan,Amber, Beki and anyone who has lived or still does in Humboldt Co. and know the beauty of life and nature......
