Here is a blurb about our band.. ..After being signed to EMI Music Australia , Tamworth-based band, The Baileys are riding an exciting roller-coaster to stardom. These five exciting young musicians are having the time of their lives, making music together, doing what they love to do, touring and entertaining the young and the old. They cant wait to release their debut album this year which will take this country and the world by storm. Charlene and Crystal Bailey, Lindsay Dallas, Daniel Conway and Kurt Bailey make up this dynamic young band. They are prolific writers and enjoy performing their own material, as well as unexpected covers, to excited audiences. Lead singer Charlene, (19), has a voice like no other, which virtually compels you to listen. Her excellent knowledge of the acoustic guitar is also handy in this exciting five-piece unit. Charlene is a young lady whose smile can light up a room, but just wait until she takes the stage its then that she simply radiates with energy. Kurt, (20), has been in awe of many great drummers and hes an avid student, his passion for drums is contagious from his playing. Crystal, (22), has a natural stage presence that draws you in and keeps you listening for her next amazing harmony or lead vocal. She plays mandolin and with her striking looks and sense of fun, is an integral part of the The Baileys overall sound and feel. Twenty-year-old Lindsay Dallas (20) has an enviable musical pedigree, being the son of singer-songwriter and guitarist Brett Dallas and grandson of the legendary Golden Guitar winner, Rex Dallas. Like most good players, Lindsay takes his craft very seriously and he makes it look all too easy. Daniel Conway (18) is a vibrant lead guitarist and vocalist . Daniel's sensations mastery of the instrument has been described as freakish in one so young. His on-stage persona is one of high energy and he has a mutual and ongoing love affair with his audience, who are usually on the edge of their seats, waiting for his next antic.
