You Have A Type A- Personality
A- You are one of the most balanced people around Motivated and focused, you are good at getting what you want You rule at success, but success doesn't rule you. When it's playtime, you really know how to kick back Whether it's hanging out with friends or doing something you love! You live life to the fullest - encorporating the best of both worlds Do You Have a Type A Personality?
* I do not appreciate dishonest people. If you don't want to post your real age, choose "99" (which means that you don't want to say), not a lie. If you need to know my age, just ask.
* If you are a liar, of any degree, please stay away from me.

I am just here to meet new people in states that I may be traveling to in the near future, and to listen to some good bands!
I am half Japanese/half Caucasian, with English ancestry. I was born and raised in the Midwest (Iowa) and vacationed all over the USA. I left my parent's house when I was 18, put myself through college, and moved (alone) to the East Coast (NYC / Hoboken,NJ) when I was 20. I worked in the NYC fashion industry where I had a long career and worked up to an executive position. Early on, I worked very hard (sometimes 2-3 jobs at once. I started at age 12 with the babysitting, mowing lawns, newspaper routes, shoveling snow and have never stopped working) to support myself, have fun, and purchase my first piece of real estate. It tripled in value within 5 yrs., so I decided to sell and fly away again (like the butterfly that I am)! I was thinking about Paris, Greece, or Hawaii.
I decided that it's time to try tropical island living, so I chose Hawaii! I moved here in May 2005 and lovvve it! I am very thankful to be surrounded by such beauty. If you have never been here, you really need to experience the beauty!
I am a happy person and love my life! It has been an interesting and exciting journey so far. I have been described as: fun, funny, down-to-earth, charming, bright, independent (a true Leo), loyal, passionate, and a sweetheart with a big heart. I believe in continuous self-improvement, enjoy the company of like-minded people, and prefer "straight shooters" like myself. I don't have time for wishy-washy people.
I'm second from the youngest.
My parents. Can you say "McFly"(Back To The Future)?

"I would rather regret the things that I have done than the things that I have not"
Lucille Ball
"Breathe. . . let go. . . remind yourself that this very moment is the only one you know you have for sure"

"The glory of friendship is not the outstretched hand, nor the kindly smile, nor the joy of companionship; it is the spiritual inspiration that comes to one when he discovers that someone else believes in him and is willing to trust him with his friendship"
Ralph Waldo Emerson 1803-1882
American Author, Poet & Philosopher
"There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle"
Albert Einstein

Music ~ music ~ music, especially seeing good bands-live! I also enjoy exploring new places, traveling, home remodeling and decorating projects, day-dreaming about real estate that I can't afford to buy yet(the median SF home price is $685,000 here, as of 6/07), nights(night owl here), antiquing/flea markets, NYC Fashion Week, cooking, baking, entertaining, fishing, camping, long drives, nature, animals, beach, boats, music, spa days, shopping, sexy shoes, little dresses, micro minis, short shorts, Victoria's Secret, knee-high boots, long hot showers, bubble baths, naps, weekend brunch, board games (Chess, Yahtzee, cards), Flare candles, good food, dancing, people watching, taking photos (it's in my Japanese blood- lol), parties, and live music (oh, did I already say that? lol) just to name a few things. I would like to learn how to fly a helicoptor, get certified in sky-diving, learn to speak Japanese, and buy a boat.

* Live life freely, don't just work to pay bills! Experience everything! Live, Laugh, Love, & Be Happy!

You Are a Hunter Soul
You are driven and ambitious - totally self motiviated to succeed Actively working to acheive what you want, you are skillful in many areas. You are a natural predator with strong instincts ... and more than a little demanding. You are creative, energetic, and an extremely powerful force. An outdoors person, you like animals and relate to them better than people. You tend to have an explosive personality, but also a good sense of humor. People sometimes see you as arrogant or a know it all. You tend to be a bit of a loner, though you hate to be alone.Souls you are most compatible with: Seeker Soul and Peacemaker Soul What Kind of Soul Are You?

Your Rising Sign is Taurus
You are the ultimate rock - stable and centered.People turn to you in crisis and count on you for calm.Stubborn and strong minded, you can't be pushed around. You are also tenacious, and you always will stick with something difficult.A bit fan of nature, you're attracted to the beauty of the outdoors. And sometimes, you find it easier to relate to animals than people. What is Your Rising Sign?

Beware of those people using fake/stolen photos and/or creating fake profiles . . .scary.

You are the Fool card. The Fool fearlessly begins
the journey into the unknown. To do this, he
does not regard the world he knows as firm and
fixed. He has a seemingly reckless disregard
for obstacles. In the Ryder-Waite deck, he is
seen stepping off a cliff with his gaze on the
sky, and a rainbow is there to catch him. In
order to explore and expand, one must disregard
convention and conformity. Those in the throes
of convention look at the unconventional,
non-conformist personality and think What a
fool. They lack the point of view to understand
The Fool's actions. But The Fool has roots in
tradition as one who is closest to the spirit
world. In many tribal cultures, those born with
strange and unusual character traits were held
in awe. Shamans were people who could see
visions and go on journeys that we now label
hallucinations and schizophrenia. Those with
physical differences had experience and
knowledge that the average person could not
understand. The Fool is God. The number of the
card is zero, which when drawn is a perfect
circle. This circle represents both emptiness
and infinity. The Fool is not shackled by
mountains and valleys or by his physical body.
He does not accept the appearance of cliff and
air as being distinct or real. Image from: Mary
