I don't watch alot of T.V. When I do it is usually educational. History,Discovery,TLC,Military ect. Reality T.V. is the lowest form of public spectacle.It will rot your brain.

Books:

History-Stephen Ambrose, Robert Utley,ect. Fiction-Jack London, Stephen King, John Irving ect.
