I am a trained chef now working in Catering Sales in Las Vegas, Nevada. I was in New Orleans for nearly 10 years, I was a transplant to the deep south from Silicon Valley and now I am back to be closer to family.Vegas is a change, but a lot of fun and definitely not as cheesy as I thought it would be!
