What do you get when you meet a girl that's a heinz 57 of sorts (filipino/spanish & portuguese/caucasian), with a thick Texas accent, that cusses like a sailor (b/c she was one) and is finally settled down in Houston after years of traversing the universe weekly for work? Answer is: A whole lotta laughter. YES, I am an anomaly of sorts. That has been the tone of my whole life. Always testing the norm. That's me. I grew up in Houston...Yes Houston...TEXAS. I love Texas. Funny accents, warm people, diversity.
I was a rebel, joined the Navy after graduating from high school and basically gave my dad a heart attack by enlisting b/c he was formerly an officer. I joined the Navy and met Sandy, my life long crazy wild best friend and former room mate. It is because of her that I ignored work one day spending time in my pj's developing this page. (The things I do for you!!) Ok, so I had kids early...3 SONS (16, 14 and 10)!!! HA HA...I know my mom is laughing b/c the revenge is unbearable...and so, by the way is having 2 TEENAGERS! (Now is the time when ya'll write back and tell me I don't look old enough to have teenagers, especially one that will be going to college in 2 years!)My boys live with their dad since my work involves travel. I get along with their Dad, but I AM ALL DONE WITH MEN!!! My life was always meant to choose this path, it just took me awhile to come out of my shell. I'm very outgoing...I'm in SALES!! Of course, I try to avoid drama too, if you know what I mean ladies??Did I mention that I have this huge phobia of frogs. I'm not kidding. Don't even make croaking noises around me. I love beachy vacation spots and all sorts of cuisines. (Sushi, Italian, Tapas) I love to play a hard fast paced tennis match (anyone good out there? - haven't found anyone challenging enough yet!) and watch NBA games. I played piano for 15 years, finally own one and hope to be able to play the way I could before! I've spent 9 years in medical sales and 16 years altogether in the healthcare industry and love it! It's such a thrill to do something you're good at and help people too. I love making new friends and trying new things. I want my boys to be diverse too. I see that in them now and I am proud. I want that to be my contribution to the world...giving it these great kids (and oh so cute!) I love that are each unique and will have their own ideas and contributions. That would be my greatest accomplishment!

Yes, I am a Lesbian Republican! I'm actually a Log Cabin Republican. Just because I carry a carpet muncher card does not make me a Democrat!! I'm not going to get on my soap box..because..well...I'm too old for that crap but suffice it to say...I DO believe in social reform, I believe in helping our people, I believe the system can't be abused and that people get one shot, ONE SHOT to get in, educated about how to properly take care of themselves, become gainfully employed and get out of the system and get it right!! I support our troops, I am a veteran..I chose to do what I did. There was no draft. And most of all, I'm tired of paying everyone ELSE's damn taxes just because I'm educated and make good money. I have a family to support too, you know? Why should I be fiscally penalized for working hard?!?! Additionally, I do support the conservation of our earth, of our environment. That's why I work (work damn hard) for a GREEN corporation. But yet I get penalized for doing so on the back end? Think about it and tell me NOW if I'm a bad girl for knowing what I stand for?
