music, film, food, books, art, travel, fashion......I collect folkart from all over the world, tiki, religious artifacts, and anything that I think is unique. I am interested in world religion, warm tropical places, sideshows and carnie culture, geishas and Japanese culture, Latin American history and cultures, the arts and cultures of India, tattoos/body modification and their origins. Artists I admire are Frida, Lucien Freud, Klimt, Picasso, the Starn Brothers, Joel-Peter Witkin, Jose Posada, Utamaro, Mark Ryden, Hasui, Amano, O'Keefe, Sally Mann, Egon Schiele, Francis Bacon....oh, the list is very long indeed. I am an avid reader of any and everything from comic books to cookbooks. I study languages as a hobby, but I am master of only one: english. I like strolling thru museums, playing at the zoo, eating GOOD food, drinking with friends, dancing until I can't breathe, and doing anything creative.
