is one of Hip Hop’s most well known managers and now thanks to Diddy: Publishers. At Bad Boy she is responsible for the careers of platinum producer/songwriters like Diddy, Mario Winans, Nisan Stewart, Adonis Shropshire and Makeba Riddick.
She’s credited for the discoveries of Easy Mo Bee, the Roots, Scott Storch, The Neptunes, Diddy (that’s right SHE sent Diddy to Andre Harrell) and her latest passion: neo soul artist out of Sweden Soul Jacob.
In the past few years Diddy has helped her achieve a dream of hers: Music Supervision. Pretty much everything visual Diddy does, Francesca has music supervised. From Bad Boys of Comedy, to Run’s House, The Bad Boys II Soundtrack, to the Unforgiveable TV commercial.
Now she’s also the producer for the last four cycles of MTV’s Making the Band.
