I have fairly eclectic tastes but I'm especially fond of the Smiths, Flogging Molly, Tool, Franz Ferdinand, Jane's Addiction, Joy Division, Christy Moore, Public Enemy and the Pogues.

Movies:

Apocalypse Now, The Warriors, The Wild Geese, Goodnight and Good Luck.

Television:

I only tend to watch sport on TV these days. I'm getting too old to justify watching Lazy Town.

Books:

Fiction: Joyce, Burroughs, Kerouac... anything highbrow: I'm pretentious. Non Fiction: Chomsky or anything with a vague left-wing political bias.

Heroes:

Noam Chomsky, Bill Hicks, George Galloway, Hugo Chavez, Morrissey, Tony Benn, Che Guevara... oh, and Niall Quinn!
