Latest movie was The guardian..Killer movie. Comedies are cool , I love to laugh. Strange Brew is one of my favorite comedies...some of my faves in THAT list include Planes , Trains and automobiles , Major League , Cannonball Run , Hooper , and Roxanne (but not limited to just those...). Serious ones are good too.If you have someone to curl up with..sometimes , the sappier , the better...and yes , I DID watch Steel Magnolias......
"The Deadliest Catch" is the best!! Sig and Phil Rock!! Also , can't go without seeing "Rescue Me"..Tommy Gavin kicks a** ! I'm also a BIG WWE fan- GO JOHN CENA!! PBR KIX (Go Gettum' Ross!!)and just about anything on ESPN. I'll watch a good tear jerker (but don't tell anyone) , if I have someone to watch it with..
As Seen On TV.
In all actuality , I do read quite a bit. Mostly before bed. Non-fiction only (usually)...and it has to draw me in , otherwise I lose interest. 9-11 stories (from the firefighters that were there..anything by Dennis Smith , and Tommy Von Essen) grab me pretty good. I knew 10 guys from Rescue 1 who were in the South Tower that morning.Tim Burr (Used to be Capt. with the Eugene Fire Department , hell of a nice guy) is another good fire writer. I got to know Tim when I was a firefighter in Oregon. He's had several of his pieces published , including some of his stories in a Dennis Smith book "Firefighter's; Their lives in their own words." If you've never read it..FIND IT , BUY IT , READ IT !! Believe ME , you will NOT be sorry , it's a great read..
