Lemme see here… I’m married and a mom. I work in the receiving department of a company called Lotus Light , (www.lotuslight.com) also known as Internatural (www.internatural.com). We sell natural health and wellness products. It’s a grunt job but I like to bust my ass, so it’s not too bad.
I love all animals but I am a bit more partial to the large cats (i.e. panthers lions, ya know the ones its illegal to have wandering the suburbs) and dogs. Big dogs like rotts, mastiffs, animals ya know are there; that you aren’t afraid yer gonna step on. Don’t get me wrong, a house cat or small terrier is great when yer feelin’ a bit blue- they always manage to cheer me up, but there’s nothing better than a 100+ lb animal wanting to be on yer lap(okay so it sucks if yer not used to it but it gives me a warm fuzzy feelin’).
Don’t have a problem with rodents or bugs(unless the bugs are on me then they have to die, I have my limits damnit) and I will be honest; I am terrified of snakes (only when they are not contained in an aquarium). I hate watching a movie and say they show a snake slithering across the desert sands/forest. I am fine with that. That is a normal habitat. I’m good at this point. Then they go and cut to a man/woman/child/animal walking in the desert/forest(or not even walking say they have a home out in the middle of said desert/forest) that is when I lose it. My pulse starts to quicken and my stomach starts doing flip-flops. It’s the thought of that man/woman/child/animal coming across this snake unawares that freaks me the fuck out! Is it strange? Should I seek help?
I love anything that's entertaining. Music. TV. Movies. I am a bit fond of - anything Vin Diesel*sigh*, Firefly(huge Nate Fillion fan *see my top friends YES ITS REALLY HIM* even bigger Adam Baldwin fan*see my icon* Sorry Cap'n) Big fan of Dead Like Me, and Carnivale. *Please don’t start on the fact that most of my favorite shows have all, coincidentally, been cancelled. I know. Don’t fuckin’ remind me!* Big fan of the original CSI (Grissom's mind is fuckin’ hot, as is William Peterson), as well as the original Law and Order (actually, just the reruns – Lenny Briscoe rocks! RIP Jerry Orbach). LOVE Dirty Jobs – Mike Rowe *swoons* Yes my hubby knows of my continued fondness for these people, and he thinks I’m a bit strange but that’s why he married me. lol
I cry at the movies – A LOT. I am a HUGE sap. Just about everything pulls at my heartstrings. But what I really love? I love people that can make me laugh! Make me smile and you gotta friend for life. Okay maybe not for life but definitely for the time being, until ya piss me off. lol
one last thing... i have an extremely short fuse for stupidity. or more accurately, a lack of common sense. It's not that I think stupidity should be punishable by death. I just think we should take the warning labels off of everything and let the problem take care of itself.
