Few people who meet me these days have any idea what I'm really about. Most see me as a quiet and conservative family man and lawyer. They're usually surprised to find that I was a punk back in the day when great bands were playing in LA and OC clubs or at garage parties just about any night of the week. Listening to music, playing with the kids, laughing with friends over some red wine, and riding my bikes help keep me feeling young. The more I see those around me aging, the more important it becomes to me to remain mentally and physically active. The mind and body atrophy with lack of use. The decline in mental and physical capacity can happen at an alarmingly fast rate. Fight it with everything you have.
