I got my first skates for my 8th Birthday they were ironically red, white and blue. They where called derby skates and I don't think I took them off all summer. Well a few years have gone by now and as the stars would have it, I have been very fortunate to become part of a great sisterhood of derby skaters, the Brewcity Bruisers. My team is the Shevil Knevils our colors red, white and blue. This is only the beginning of minnie krush's derby story however if bruises are any indication I should do well.... Either way I'm having the time of my life and making some amazing friends.
