In 1957, Lassie got a new master when the Miller family moved to Capital City & the Martin family leased their farm. They also adopted a young seven year olde & TIMMY MARTIN became Lassie's new pal. Timmy & Lassie remained together until 1964.
Chosen to play the rôle of Timmy was veteran screen actor JON PROVOST , memorable as the young son of BING CROSBY & GRACE KELLY in the film the Country Girl. It was his character's death in the film that lead Der Bingle to drink.
