About Me
Lead/rhythm guitarist/vocalist. Born & raised in Sydney's south. I began playing guitar when I was 9 years old & started off playing professionally at about age 16-17 when my Dad introduced me to the business & gave me the opportunity to experience playing with some of the best muzo's in town at a pretty young age. I'm very farmiliar with all music styles & can read music notation which has opened a lot of doors for me. I have a pretty solid background in musicianship & much experience playing in bands of all sorts for the past 7-8 years. Nowaday, thriving on the energy of ROCK & FUNK music, I'm lucky enough to have found my calling in my band URBAN STONE . We've just recorded our 6 track E.P & have been together successfully giggin' on a regular basis for about 2 years now. TIME TO TAKE THE BAIT GUYS ;-P Tina, Matty & Kelv have become not only 3 of my best friends, but also 3 incredible & versatile musicians that I have endless amounts of respect for. URBAN STONE (Funk/Melodic rock)

I started teaching guitar about 12 months ago & love passing on the things I know to those that want to share & express the unmatched gift of music. I've also studied drums under PETE DRUMMOND (Australia's premier drum clinician) for a few years, aswell as alto saxaphone. I do freelance between the lines of Urban Stone just to stay outta trouble h'he, be it live gigs, songwriting or recording.
I've been fortunate enough to play on the same bills as guys like Ian Moss, Kevin Borich, Phil Emmanuel, The Screaming Jets, The Angels, Gangajang, & the lead guitarists from The Choirboys, Skyhooks, Chain & others. Good times along side heroes!

TRAVIS COLLINS (Alternative country rock)
Travis is possibly the most musical guy I know & 1 of my best mates. His writing is supreme & his voice & talents on the axe are envied by his peers, fans & folk. I've been lucky enough to take the stage with Trav & his band many a time in front of crowds of up to 200,000 people. The Gympie Mustre in 2005, Tamworth country music festival in 2006, & Darling Harbour on Australia Day 2006 are some of my best memories ever. He has had tremendous success in OZ & is about to embark on his international adventure, starting in the US & the UK, where his songs have already hit the charts in recent times. He's also my flat mate & has opened my ears to many aspects of music & the life. YES, we have almost been evicted on 3 occasions, lol. Ray White, thankyou for your patience. RENT BY FRIDAY (Versatile Acoustic duo with Travis Collins)
Compiling everything from John Mayer, Eric Clapton & John Farnham, to Metallica, Looney Tunes & eachother's original material. It's all rolled into 2 guitars, vocal harmony & an intimate satiricle attack on the crowds we hit & eachother in the carpark, lol. I enjoy these gigs thoroughly & hey.... We make RENT! lol $$$$$$$ (Doin' what we love).

These girls are 4 of a kind. 4 sisters, blood harmonies & more 'soul' than BIGFOOT himself lol. They captivate, entertain & they're absolutely gorgeous. Gotta love jammin' wit these bootylicious grooverz lol. Hit them where it hurts galz!

I work for "FENDER" (Australia) by day, which is the biggest guitar brand in the world! Not only are Fender Australia responsible for the importing, distribution, artist endorsements & marketing of Fender guitars in Australia, but also for some of the world's other leading & timeless guitar brands such as "Jackson", "Gretsch", "Guild" & "Tacoma". I handle the endorsements for our Australian & visiting touring artists like John Butler Trio, Grinspoon, Behind Crimson Eyes, Kiss Chasy, Eskimo Joe, Evermore, Missy Higgins Band, Dallas Crane, Lee Kernaghan, Tommy Emmanuel, Fall Out Boy, John Mayer, U2, Keith Urban, Lamb Of God, John 5, Blink 182, Maroon 5 & The Butterfly Effect (just to mention a few). Only the best, play the best! Mind you, you've got to wear numerous hats in my job from time to time, everything from general customer service, to dealer inquiries, spare parts, warranties & warehouse stock control. The job keeps me very busy & it's great for networking with other musicians, bands & industry profiles.

I love animals (especially dogs & tigers, lol). I love sport. I've followed the Balmain/Wests Tigers in the NRL since I was a toddler, but I played rugby union for about 12 years, played cricket for about 3 years, & have always loved to run & swim. I still play in an Indoor cricket comp with my mates & as much as I love to run & swim, I just truly don't have the time, (Excuses excuses lol). I drive a black Holden VT Commodore wagon that does 'fully sick' burnouts lol, & most of my friends are basically pretty darn crazy! Always great fun, maybe just a tad SUSS, & a little RANDOM. Endless support comes from both them & my awesome family.
