Shane Mills was last seen in Utah Valley in the mid '90s.
He's in his late 30s.
Little guy.
Little cool fcukin' guy.
That's Shane FOY Mills, not to be confused with any other Shane Mills. Like that could happen. Foy is hogging awesome.
